FRESH HUDSON

CO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Pilanthropist. Multifaceted. Entrepreneur. Fresh Hudson has served as Executive Director of Hudson and Hundreds since 2017. In her role, she devised new approaches to increase the donor base and advance fundraising through creative campaigns, initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations. Prior to her work with Hudson and Hundreds, Fresh was a former Track and Field athlete whose career ended while attending the University of Alabama, with a major knee injury. As a result she became an Athletic Trainer to help other athletes who had injuries. Her time as an Athletic Trainer, motivated her make a change, so she made it her purpose to educate and provide resources to help her community and young athletes. Together with her husband Marcus Hudson they understand the importance of being pillars in the community and made it their mission to provide injury prevention, community outreach and cardiac awareness.

Marcus Hudson has always been a leader in the community and believes in giving back to the communities and organizations that made him capable of accomplishing the level of success and recognition he has earned today. Hudson is a former NFL Defensive Back and Special Teams player for the San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers. He has a strong belief that safety, prevention, and cardiac awareness is necessary for the longevity athletes and their families. Subsequent to his career in the NFL he endured multiple injuries, Concussions and Mental Health issues that shaped him and his wife to want to educate and create change in young athlete today.
